Choose a short, descriptive name for the 'Event Title'

Events get tweeted all the time. It is therefore wize to add a HashTag as part of the Title where possible. An example of this would be:
Event Title: Party #NewYears at #MustangBar
It is not necessary to add the #PECalendar or #PortElizabeth tags as these get added automatically to all our Events before being tweeted.

Enter a Google Maps resolved address for your event and be sure to click the "SET ADDRESS ON MAP" button to ensure that the address maps out on the Google Map provided.

Use the Zoom In (+) button on the map to zoom in and ensure the marker is in the correct place.

If the address is not correct you should open another Browser TAB and go to http://maps.google.com and navigate to the address/location on the map. Once located, right-click below the spot and select "WHAT'S HERE" from the Google drop-down menu. you will notice that the Latitude and Longitude address is now displayed in the Search bar of Google. Copy this address and paste it into the address of your Event Listing page and click on the "SET ADDRESS ON MAP" button again. This address is now resolved.

Do not type in the DATE. Rather use the Calendar button provided to the right of the date field. This ensures that the date has also been entered correctly.

Enter a "START TIME" in 24h format using the semicolon to seperate hours from minutes. Do not use the "h" character. A correct time field will be:
20:30 for Half past eight.

Ensure you enter an event end date and time. Events that do not have these will not get posted.

Fill out the rest of the fields as descriptive as possible, following the instructions provided below each of the fields.

Enter your Facebook and Twitter URL so you can be contacted/followed on these social platforms.

Choose at least one Category from the list provided.

IMAGES: The size of your image will determine whether your event gets added to the front page "Rotating Featured Events" section or not.

If your image is not at least 570px wide by 400px high, Your event will not be featured on the rotating image banner.

Ensure your image is not in a .png or .gif format as these are not accepted.

Organiser Info: If you are not the Organiser, please leave this section out.

Publisher Info: This section is required to create your account on the system.

Word Verification: Fill out the text in Black only.
