Crossways Farm Village is situated on the eastern boundary of the Kouga Municipal Area and borders the renowned Van Stadens River Valley and Wild-flower Reserve near Port Elizabeth. The country-lifestyle development of Crossways will consist of several rural neighbourhood pockets, offering idyllic country living and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape on a fully operational farm.
The core farming component on Crossways will consist of a registered Holstein Stud of over 500 cows. The size of the present dairy operation will be extended to almost 170 ha of the total property (exceeding 590 ha) with new pastures being established and a state-of-the-art milking parlour. Other areas on Crossways have been earmarked for Urban Agriculture (fruit, vegetables etc) and will be managed by scientific farm managers appointed by and on behalf of the Home Owners Association. As a resident you will have full access to a range of dairy products as well as organically grown fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the year.
By living on Crossways you’ll really be playing your part! Being part of a village with shared values – with like-minded individuals who want a sustainable lifestyle and who agree to maintain those values. “Conservation and Sustainability Living is about now, your future and our children’s future…”
