The Alliance Francaise in Richmond Hill, Port Elizabeth is more than just a French language school where you can learn more than just how to “praat die taal” or rather "parler la langue".
The Alliance Francaise started teaching French in 1883 in Paris, today the NPO supported by the French Embassy have 17 campuses in South Africa.
Although the language school and promoting francophone is their major core; The lecturers have implemented creative roles within the AIliance Francaise and are renowned for the social events they organise influenced by the traditional French culture and festivals. They are also ambassadors to French travellers visiting South Africa.
For those who attended the Stanley Street Music Festival or (Fete de la Musique) last year you will bear witness to their magic and contagious festive spirit.
